Refund policy
GENERAL
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help! You can return any item within 20 days of delivery. The return has to arrive within 20 days from the moment of delivery at our warehouse address.
How to Return:

Pack Your Item: If you are a customer from the European Union, please go ahead and return your item/s. Place the items you want to return in a package with DHL Express, FedEx, DPD or UPS. Do not use a national courier service or DHL regular services. Customers arrange their own return shipment. We recommend using a trackable service.

If you are a customer from outside European Union:
Returns must be arranged via Krysvinczi.

We will provide a return label and instructions.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. - Ship Your Package: drop it off at your nearest access point.
Important Notes:
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags.
- Please include your receipt (invoice) that is attached to your order confirmation email or add a handwritten note with your order number.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 50 Euros.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at: returns@krysvinczi.com
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for all items, including sale items.
You may:
- exchange for another item, or
- choose store credit (no expiration)
Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within:
- 7–10 business days (EU orders)
- 14–25 business days (non-EU orders)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Free Shipping Adjustment:
Free shipping applies to:
- EU27 orders above €150
- International orders above $250
If a return reduces your order value below these thresholds,
a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:
- EU27: €10 (small) / €15 (large)
- UK: €15 (small) / €20 (large)
- International: €25 (small) / €35 (large)
Exceptions:
- Partial refunds or store credit may be granted for items not in their original condition or returned after 20 days.
