EU customers:
Please go ahead and return your item/s. Place the items you want to return in a package with DHL Express, FedEx, or DPD. Do not use a national courier service or DHL regular services. Customers arrange their own return shipment. We recommend using a trackable service.
Outside EU:
Returns must be arranged via Krysvinczi.
