Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
Refund by failed delivery attempts
If a shipment is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, shipping costs and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
If the parcel cannot be successfully returned to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
