We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help! You can return any item within 20 days of delivery. The return has to arrive within 20 days from the moment of delivery at our warehouse address.

   If you are a customer from outside European Union (EU27):
   
   Return Labels (Optional)
   Customers are free to arrange their own return shipment with a courier of their choice. Please note that if you choose this option, Krysvinczi cannot take responsibility for any loss, damage, or delays during transit.
   Alternatively, you may request a prepaid return label by contacting us at returns@krysvinczi.com. This service is available for an additional charge, depending on the shipping country and parcel size. Fees are deducted from your refund once the returned goods have been received and approved by our warehouse.
   
   
2. Ship Your Package: drop it off at your nearest access point.

Important Notes:

• Items must be in their original condition, with tags.
• Please include your receipt (invoice) that is attached to your order confirmation email or add a handwritten note with your order number.
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 50 Euros.

Damages and Issues:

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for all items, including sale items. You can exchange for another product or opt for store credit that never expires. Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Free shipping only applies for orders within EU27-Countries with an order value above 150,00 EUR and for outside EU27-Countries with an order value above 250,00 EUR. If a withdrawal from the contract causes an overall order value below 150,00 EUR for orders from EU27-Countries and an overall order value below 250,00 EUR for orders from outside EU27-Countries, free shipping does not apply retroactively. We therefore charge a flat rate deduction of 
- 10,00 EUR (small parcel) and 15,00 EUR (big parcel) for EU-27 customers,
- 15,00 EUR (small parcel) and 20,00 EUR (big parcel) for UK customers and 
- 25,00 EUR (small parcel) and 35,00 (big parcel) for outside EU-27 customers.

Exceptions:

Partial refunds or store credit may be granted for items not in their original condition or returned after 20 days.
