Outside EU:
Returns must be arranged via Krysvinczi.
Please contact: returns@krysvinczi.com to receive a return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Krysvinczi is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds are processed after inspection:
